The  gala - concert  " Opera  for Development "  aims to fund  projectsYavnana  Foundation  ( Georgia) and the  Foundation  Sos ,  " Universal Children's  Day "  (based  in  Spain) .  Childhood  is  thus  the  direct beneficiary of the  charity projects  of both  foundations .
The  gala  was sponsored by  the  soprano  Montserrat  Caballé, performed some  of the best performers  internationally,  Paata  Burchuladze,  RenatoBruson,  Tamar  Iveri,  Michèle  Crider  and  Ramon  Vargas,  accompaniedby  the  orchestra  Camerrata  XXI  and  conducted by maestro  Miguel  Angel Gomez  Martinez.
Thanks to  these  two  foundations, we enjoyed  a concert with  a  unique line up  and  a prime  purpose  of  helping  the poor.
